Happy one year anniversary to SaveSocom.com!

We have officially been up for a year now. Overall, I would say it has been a smooth year with very little drama. The only people who have been banned from the website in the past year are spambots, we truly are the only socom community where free speech will always reign supreme.

Here is to another year and hopefully a new socom game to come. Thanks to 1UP for hosting us for the past year and hopefully many more to come.

Holy Shit you guys are still around and kicking, huh? Drum messaged me a few weeks back asking if i still played so i got everything set back up, but haven't heard from him. I played with 1UP last Friday. Any of you guys still play at all or just shoot the shit?

I play a few times a year but SVDL is pretty much a total shit show, atleast whenever I try to play. There are numerous cheaters running rampant on there and Dominator lets them do whatever the hell they want. Lust and his cronies are a big reason why I hardly ever play on there anymore as he simply turns on cheats anytime he sees myself on or using a M79. 1UP notified me a few weeks ago about someone even using my name ingame on there now, its amusing but sad. Skimask got harassed by 2 people (Texaco and Riker) last summer using vote/boot codes while he was streaming/promoting the game and they got a like 1 day ban lol. It is just a total mess really as SVDL does not have any moderation, it is pretty much the wild west on there. With that said, I encourage you to play as much as you can. I think 1UP is making a push with Plierr and others as I saw him streaming it last weekend. They are good people who play the game the right way and I imagine that would be a good time.

Anyways, glad to see you back. I know you were one of the people who got tired of the TRS/Tawok drama so you can rest assured there has been little to no drama over the past year outside of SVDL cheaters running rampant.

Glad to see you Matty. My stuff is in storage in Jersey and Im living in PA right now so Im not playing but the other guys here are definitely still making the effort to keep it going. As soon as Im in a more permanent living situation I would love to get back on and play.

Until then Im just gonna support the cause by spreading toxic racism. If we can get enough guys on playing I would love to help promote things on a stream with toxic racism. Or if not just come here and shoot the shit and spew some toxic racism. If youre not into that you could check out Pauls site. Ever since he got rid of all the toxic racism his site has had a huge influx of people joining.

Yea the dichotomy between the 2 States is very strange. As much of a commie shithole as Jersey is, PA is an absolute joke when it comes to public works like roads and streetlights. Driving on MAJOR highways in PA is basically like navigating a submarine. And at least with the submarine you have sonar. The HIGHWAYS are literally pitch black.

It would be sick to see the returns of Skimask and MACK in 2020 along with the debut of Junglist. I don't think I have ever played a game with him and I have been around since like 2014.

Until then, I will be admiring from afar and with that I mean forgetting there is ever even an effort to play. Because at the end of the day, if I cannot play with all the homies I'd rather not even bother. Some night though soon I will venture to one of the streams (does anyone even still?) and root on whomever but I cannot donate any real time during the weeks when 1UP supposedly plays. Fridays and Saturdays are still the gold standard for me if we ever try again. 

I do miss you guys and my shit in the real isn't going that great currently so I could always use some of that old fashioned rabble rousing.
